Way back in 1993 I witnessed a demonstration of the paradigm-shifting mechanical design software, Pro/ENGINEER, which is now known as Creo. I was absolutely blown away! It turns out that the demonstration did more than provide better tools for me to use as a mechanical design engineer, it also shifted my career path towards wanting to help companies, big and small, fundamentally change the way they develop and deliver new products…with the help of PTC products.
After spending a couple of years as a Senior Applications Engineer for PTC’s Cleveland office, I decided to strike out on my own in 1997 to provide my expertise to my local customer base as well as organizations throughout the United States. I provided customers with training, mentoring, process design, mechanical design, Help Desk support, leadership for internal users groups, providing engineering contractors…you name it, I was involved. Along the way I started partnering with Subject Matter Experts that complement my skill set so that we can collectively offer expert guidance through every step of the product development process using PTC tools, where appropriate, and complementary software tools that address needs that fall outside the scope of PTC’s offerings. The result is a team that has successfully partnered with companies throughout the country in order to understand their business initiatives and deliver solutions and methods that make those initiatives become a reality.
